•Field Practice

A mandatory course in landscape painting, Field Practice embodies the philosophy of "Taking the countryside as the classroom". Students travel to famous mountains and cultural sites, observing natural formations, atmospheric shifts, and the interplay of trees and water-practicing the principle of "learning from nature and finding inspiration within". Field sketching hones students' ability to construct scenes and convey artistic conception, while deepening their appreciation of the traditional landscape spirit. In doing so, it bridges classical methods with contemporary perspectives, infusing creative work with vitality and a sense of the times.
