Being with you in the World——Graduation Week 2020
The second Zhijiang International Youth Art Festival& CAA Graduation Works Exhibition 2020 will be held from June 28 to July 4. Against the backdrop of the global COVID-19 pandemic and the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind, the exhibition’s theme this year is “Being with you in the World”. CAA will collaborate with Zhejiang Conservatory of Music to present the art festival at CAA Nanshan Campus, Xiangshan Campus and Xiangshan Art Commune.

See Her Face,a Tribute to Female Healthcare Workers
See Her Face, a special activity organized by CAA School of Painting, Zhejiang Art Museum, Zhejiang Provincial Women's Federation and Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital (SRRSH), affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicinewas held on June 8. Around 100 artists sketched 40 female healthcare workers who were involved in treating COVID-19 patients earlier in the year. Grain in Ear
The Chinese lunar calendar divides the year into 24 solar terms. Grain in Ear, (Chinese: 芒种), the 9th solar term, begins on June 5 this year and signifies the ripening of crops such as barley and wheat. It is a busy period for farmers.  The solar terms were created thousands of years ago to guide agricultural production. Happy Children's Day
Today is International Children’s Day! A variety of activities of CAA’s Merry & Magical Lectures program have been held across China to mark the day.  In Yunnan province, volunteers taught kids how to do the makeup used by performers in traditional operas. In Guizhou province, students learned how to draw a fish by watching one of the program videos. Today, program leaders went to primary schools in Kai Hua and Fu Yang counties in Zhejing to donate program books to students

Grain Buds Brings the Summer Harvest
Grain Buds (Chinese:小满) is the eighth traditional Chinese solar term and falls just before the summer harvest. A common saying during this time is that, "A heavy rainfall makes the river full." Thirty-one CAA Courses and Four Social Programs have been honored as “Zhejiang Provincial First-Class Courses”.
Thirty-one CAA courses on traditional Chinese imitation painting, oil painting, clay sculpting, daily utensils, Chinese art history, printmaking, multimedia art, interactive design, and four social programs have been honored as “Zhejiang provincial first-class courses”. Also, an online watercolor course has been honored as a “Zhejiang provincial outstanding online open course”.
