The Final Round of Evaluations for Undergraduate Exams is on
The Final Round of Evaluations for Undergraduate Exams is on CAA carried out its third and final round of evaluations for over 240,000 admission exam papers at Xiangshan Campus today. Each paper is evaluated by over 20 teachers and ones with high scores will be evaluated by 36 teachers. The total amount of application stands at 79 thousand man/time, with the application-admission ratio being 45:1. The exam results will be published online in mid-April. [Photos from Zhejiang Daily]

The 21 Grams Exhibition is on in Europe
The 21 Grams Exhibition is on in Europe The 21 GRAMS European Tour Exhibition, sponsored by CAA,opened at GalerieHandwerkin Munich, Germany on Mar 13, and will last until Apr 20. The exhibition includes 120 artworks from 25 countries and regions. Half of the artists are from China. The exhibition opened at the same time as Munich Jewelry Week 2019 (MJW19), a series of exhibitions/lectures centered around the Schmuck exhibition - the world's most important exhibition of contemporary art jewelry.

"Mulan" Story is on at CAA The production team behind the “Mulan” dance drama, winner of the Lotus Award, came to CAA to talk with professors and students on Mar 10. “Mulan” tells the story of a beautiful girl, disguised as a man, taking her elderly father's place in the army. The director hopes to increase interest in Chinese art culture through her work.

Outstanding Course- “Research of Eastern Patterns” course
Outstanding Course- “Research of Eastern Patterns” course CAA recognized 15 outstanding core postgraduate courses and awarded five of them the “Gold Course Award”. The “Research of Eastern Patterns” course aims to mix traditional culture with modern design by studying Eastern pattern art as used in printing, dyeing, weaving and embroidery.

Have a Taste of Flower Arrangement   The Crafts Museum of CAA invited renowned florist Zhuang Jiesheng from Taiwan to give a flower arrangement workshop at the Xiangshan Campus. The flower arrangement originates from Buddhism and then spread to and developed over 3000 genres in Japan. The workshop introduced the Japanese flower arrangement.
