Shen Lin holds PhD from the Shakespeare Institute at the University of Birmingham, and a post-doctoral fellowship at the Folger Shakespeare Library. Prof. Shen served as Director of the Research Institute of CAD and President & Executive Deputy Editor-in-Chief of DRAMA Journal of CAD. He was also a visiting professor at the University of California, Copenhagen University, Charles University in Prague, Ilia State University in Georgia, and Free University of Berlin. His research interests focus on Shakespeare and intercultural drama. His works include The Balcony, Love Ants, Faked Faust, Guevara, and Nice People of Beijing.
