Wang Yinjie is Doctor of Arts, theatre director, curator. Her research interests focus on the creation of contemporary theatre and movie arts, theatre, film and television theory, and feminism, resulting in the publication of over 10 papers in leading journals. Dr. Wang is the head of Off-Theater Studio and "Talking Away", the author of The Floating Landscape of Contemporary Chinese Theater & Moving Images and Ungrounding Theater, and the compiler of Suspended Performance – The Forum Theater of Talking Away Series. Her theater works include A Sweet Dream in the Garden – The Present & The Past; Roman von Ungern-Sternberg; Home Ground Offerings – Limits; and Home Ground Offerings – Reaping.
