Ken Chun Kit Yeung is an Australian Chinese. His primary research interests include rural ecological planning and organic regeneration, urban and rural settlement studies, modern collective housing design and research, and ecological and sustainable agriculture research. He obtained his PhD in Design Studies from the School of Architecture, CAA in 2017. He also holds an MA in Architecture from the Barcelona School of Architecture, Polytechnic University of Catalonia in 2012. In 2018, he established the Ciwei Sustainable Ecological Rural Laboratory at Dongling Primary School in Dongling Village, Pujiang, Jinhua. The laboratory is dedicated to the research and promotion of rural ecological sustainable farming and settlement regeneration using a holistic ecological construction system.
