The short animation film “Cat City”, created by CAA graduates, recently won The Zagreb World Festival of Animated Films Award! The Zagreb World Festival is the most time-honored animation film festival in Europe.

The short film tells the story of how a small group of people found a giant sleeping cat and ended up building an entire city around the animal. One day however, the cat wakes up – take a look at the video and see if you can guess what the cat represents. Most of the sound effects of the film were made using ventriloquism techniques.
