Through new ideas, new materials and new technologies, and also the rich traditional Chinese culture, the Department of Fashion Product Design focuses on the creative design that is an important driving force for development of economy and culture. It tries to introduce ideas about new life, new fashion and new planning for the contemporary world.
The department has two majors: Industrial Design and Fashion Design. Industrial Design major has three branches: Product Intelligence Design, Derivative Product Design and Houseware and Furnishing Product Design. Fashion Design major has two branches: Fashion and Accessory Design and Textile Design.
